DO I NEED ACCESS TO A GYM FOR YOUR ONLINE COACHING?

No, a gym is not required for the online coaching. I can adapt and provide you with workout which can be done at home with minimal equipment. Resistance bands and a few light weights would be beneficial to invest in to add variety to the home workouts.

HOWEVER dependent on your goals and what you wish to gain from the programme, access to a gym or fitness facility will make this more achievable.

HOW ARE YOU DIFFERENT FROM A REGULAR PERSONAL TRAINER?

I care massively about my clients overall health and well being. Since lockdown and the access to online courses - the fitness industry is now saturated and unfortunately the quality of coaching has decreased. Many coaches try to meet clients dreams of a quick fix and a quick transformation pic. This is commonly achieved in an unhealthy manor and is unsustainable in the long run, and can also implement further unhealthy habits with your relationship with your body and food.

I pride myself on bypassing this approach and ensuring all my clients are working towards been physically and mentally in a better place in all aspects of their lifestyle.

IS YOGA JUST FOR FLEXIBLE PEOPLE?

Flexibility and mobility are just two of many benefits you will reap from practising yoga.

You do not need to acquire any level of flexibility to take part in Yoga.

Yoga is a practise that combines the movement with breathe. Breathing is actually the main component out of the two.

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF YOGA?

There are endless benefits to regularly practising Yoga, here are just a few:

- Helps relieve pain in the joint and specifically the lower back

DO YOU PROVIDE DIET PLANS?

Included in the online training you will receive calculated macros and calories to go alongside your training to achieve maximum results. The diet plan will be formed as a team between me and you in order to include the foods you already enjoy but just making adjustments and alterations to fit.
